PGG Online is a joint venture founded between a long-established law firm with collective legal experience of over 70 years and our partners in the software industry. The law firm PGG Legal has built a solid reputation over the years in the areas of taxation advisory, estate planning, estate litigation and commercial law. With our combination of skills, PGG Online services accountants, financial planners, and businesses expertly and efficiently in the provision of legal documents.

Peter Gell - Principal Lawyer

Peter Gell - Principal Lawyer

Peter was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and holds qualifications in law and a Masters degree in taxation conferred by the University of NSW. He also holds the international designation of Chartered Taxation Advisor. He has served on the taxation and GST sub-committees of the Law Society of NSW, has presented at numerous conferences and seminars, has published with Lexis Nexis in estate planning and assisted the College of Law in writing subject material for its masters degree in estate planning.

Amanda Gell - Property Lawyer

Amanda Gell - Property Lawyer

Amanda is the chief property lawyer in the firm, holds degrees in arts and law conferred by Macquarie University and was admitted as a solicitor in 1987. Her thirty years experience has seen her assist clients in complex property transactions, including complex purchases by self managed superannuation funds under limited recourse borrowing arrangements, domestic and commercial sales and purchases, litigation in relation to conveyancing disputes, commercial leasing, estate planning, will drafting and probate applications and complex estate administration. Her wealth of experience is complemented by her pragmatic and confident style in complex negotiations leaving her clients confident they are in safe hands.

Joshua Briggs - Lawyer

Joshua Briggs - Lawyer

Joshua has a Juris Doctor from Macquarie University and graduated from the College of Law in 2020. He has been with PGG Legal since 2018 and works closely with Peter in the practice of trust law and taxation advisory. Prior to undertaking the Juris Doctor, Joshua completed a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of New South Wales.

Carolyn Kinasch - Practice Manager

Carolyn Kinasch - Practice Manager

Carolyn attained her Chartered Accountant qualification (CA ANZ) in the audit division of KPMG after completing a Bachelor of Business degree at UTS, then spent several years in Treasury Accounting and Treasury Project roles in the mining sector in both NSW and South Australia. Whilst raising a family, Carolyn engaged in various voluntary roles, followed most recently by five years working at a Sydney private school in both accounting and administration positions. Now Carolyn is bringing her experience, enthusiasm, attention to detail and personal warmth to her role as Practice Manager at PGG Legal.
